Our pre-loved collection features authentic vintage items that are one of a kind and may have minor imperfections. Please ensure to read the products descriptions.

All products are sold “as is”. Products inquires should be made prior to finalizing your purchase. A "final" purchase is an agreement that you, the customer, are in agreement with our terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued.

Request for exchanges will be granted within five (5) business days of the purchase date. Products exchanged will result in the form of a merchandise store credit. 



Please allow 5-7 business for order processing. Orders will not be processed on Holidays and Sundays. During holidays and sales peak there is a possibility that processing may take longer than 5-7 business days.

ORDERS MADE DOMESTICALLY WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS. Standard delivery will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Inclement weather, Holidays and local postal service and delivery times may cause further delays.

When your order is processed a shipping email will be sent with a tracking number. For issues with delivery such as delays, theft, a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS immediately to open a claim and investigation. We cannot assist with delivery issues without a claim number. Please reference your order number and claim number in your email.
